Amy is probably the technician that our clients know the best. She has worked at Animal Aid Clinic South since her graduation from Purdue University’s veterinary technician school in 1996. Amy has a son, Ethan, who keeps her busy with high school and club swimming. She is also a stepmom to Kaylie, Alexandra, Julian and Emily. Amy and her husband, Abel, live in “wrinkle heaven” with their 3 sharpeis; Chata, Gordita and Winston. Martini, the old lady shihtzu rounds out their canine crew. Amy also has 3 cats. Chebby is 22 (Yep! You read that right.) and is Amy’s kitty soulmate! Charger and Hemi are 10 and finish up the feline crew. Amy’s special interest at work is the critical care nursing of our hospitalized patients. Her summer hobbies include swimming, gardening and camping. Her winter hobbies include reading and hibernation.
