Jessica Rodes, R.V.T.

Jessica Rodes completed her externship at Animal Aid Clinic South while she
was working on her Associate of Applied Science degree from Ancilla
College. She has since earned her license as a Registered Veterinary
Technician and has become a permanent fixture. She was one of the first
five graduates of Ancilla’s veterinary nursing program! She has wanted to
work in the veterinary field since kindergarten and has a passion for
helping animals in need. Jessica has a black lab named Brandi who will
bulldoze through to get all of the attention (as labs often do). She has 3
cats with very different personalities. Patchi is the cuddler.
Butterscotch is carefree. Callie is the sassy one. She has 2 gerbils
named Tina and Pixie and an aquarium with 5 fish. Jessica especially
enjoys meeting the small exotic pets that come into the clinic and dreams
of having a few more in the future. She enjoys her church family as well
as many hobbies including drawing, painting, crocheting, horseback riding,
camping, four-wheeling and more.
